ShortcutTools commands The list below contains all commands available through PowerPoint ShortcutTools. The column predefined shortcut contains the shortcut assigned to a particular command after installation. You can replace predefined shortcuts by user defined shortcuts. Text commands Command Shortcut Description Illustration   Addup Selected Textfields ALT + A Adds up the numbers in the selected textfields. The result is displayed in a dialog box and copied to the clipbiard. This only works, if all selected textfields only contain proper numbers.   Multiply Selected Textfields User defined Multiplies the numbers in the selected textfields. The result is displayed in a dialog box and copied to the clipbiard. This only works, if the selected textfields only contain proper numbers.   Paste Formatted Text ALT + SHIFT + V Inserts the text from the clipboard while keeping the source format. E. g. if you copy the bold underlined text New York and insert it in the textbox below, the format remains bold underlined. Paste Unformatted Text ALT + V Inserts the text from the clipboard. The format is adapted to the destination format. E. g. if you copy the bold underlined text New York and insert it in the textbox below, the format is adjusted according to the destination text. Replace Text with Dots ALT + . Replaces text of selected objects with three dots. This is helpful to reuse existing slides.
