ShortcutTools commands

The list below contains all commands available through PowerPoint ShortcutTools. The column predefined shortcut contains the shortcut assigned to a particular command after installation. You can replace predefined shortcuts by user defined shortcuts.

5. Object commands

Command Shortcut Description Illustration
 
Deselect Reference Object ALT + § Deselects the last selected object. This is helpful, if you want to change the reference object.
Toggle Fill Color Black
and White
ALT + K
(K like blaK)
Toggles the fill color of the selected objects between white and black.
Toggle Fill Color Grey ALT + G
(G like grey)
Toggles the fill color of the selected objects from dark grey to light grey in four succesive steps.
Set Vertical Object Order ALT + S Sets the vertical order of selected objects. The objects are sorted according to the selection order. E.g. if you first  select the triangle, then the circle and lastly the square, after sorting the vertical order is triangle, circle, square.
Set Horizontal Object Order User defined Sets the horizontal order of selected objects. The objects are sorted according to the selection order. E.g. if you first select the triangle, then the circle and lastly the square, after sorting the horizontal order is triangle, circle, square.
Split Object Horizontally User defined Splits selected object vertically into n parts. The user is asked to enter n in a dialog box.
Split Object Vertically ALT + , Splits selected object horizontally into n parts. The user is asked to enter n in a dialog box.
Paste Objects to Slide Selection User defined Inserts the object in the clipboard on all selected slides. You have to enter a tag. This tag is later on used to remove all objects at once.  
Remove Objects to Slide Selection User defined Removed objects from all selected slides. The objects are identified by the tag you indicated when inserting the objects with the command "Pate objects to slide selection".  
Group ALT + Q Groups selected objects.  
Ungroup ALT + W Ungroups selected objects.  
Regroup ALT + E Regroups last ungrouped objects.  
Select Object Column CTRL + < Selects all objects with the same left position.  
Select Object Row ALT + § Selects all objects with the same top position.
